Delivery, Returns & Alterations

Every Mozhgan Couture gown is prepared with exceptional care in our Dubai atelier. Please review the information below before placing your order. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights available to you under applicable UAE consumer-protection law.

Made-to-order delivery

• Our online gowns are made to order in the colour shown on the product page unless another option is expressly confirmed in writing.
• Estimated preparation and delivery time is 15–20 days after payment and order confirmation.
• Delivery dates are estimates. Hand embroidery, fitting adjustments, customer response times, public holidays and courier conditions may affect the schedule.
• We will contact you if additional measurements or information are required before production begins.

UAE delivery

Complimentary delivery is currently available within the United Arab Emirates. The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate address and a reachable telephone number. Delivery may require a signature. If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect or delivery could not be completed, a new delivery charge may apply.

International orders

International online delivery is not currently available through checkout. Please contact our atelier before ordering if you require delivery outside the UAE. Any quotation must be confirmed in writing and may exclude customs duties, import taxes or local charges.

Made-to-order and personalized pieces

Because made-to-order, altered and personalized gowns are produced specifically for the customer, they cannot normally be cancelled, exchanged or returned for a change of mind after production has begun. This does not affect your rights if an item is defective, materially different from its confirmed description or otherwise covered by applicable law.

Ready-to-wear returns

If a product is expressly identified as ready to wear and is eligible for return, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery and wait for written authorization before sending it back. The item must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, undamaged and returned with all original tags, protective materials and packaging. Items showing wear, fragrance, cosmetics, damage or alteration cannot be accepted unless defective.

Problems with your order

Please inspect your gown promptly after delivery. If you believe it is damaged, defective or not the item ordered, contact us within 48 hours where reasonably possible. Include your order number and clear photographs. Keep all packaging until our team has reviewed the case. We will assess the item and provide an appropriate repair, replacement, exchange or refund in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.

Sizing and alterations

Customers are responsible for selecting the size shown in their order and for providing accurate measurements when requested. Standard size selection does not guarantee an identical fit on every body shape. Alterations requested after delivery, or changes resulting from inaccurate measurements supplied by the customer, may be chargeable. Please contact the atelier before ordering if you need sizing guidance.
