How Can I Find Out If A Product Is Available On Mozhgan.ae?

In order to check the availability of a product, choose the product that interests you on our website and click on it. This will result in one of two things:

  1. If the SHOP button appears, this means that you can order it online.
  2. It is, however, possible that the item you are looking for is not available for online purchase at the moment. If the ALERT ME button appears, this means that you can sign up to be notified when the item becomes available again.

Can You send My Order As A Gift?

Mozhgan Couture offers complimentary gift packaging for every order*. Your order will be presented in an elegant Mozhgan gift box, this will be tied with a satin ribbon. You receive one gift box. This offer is valid while stocks last.

You can also add a personalised gift message to your order in the checkout process. You can use the Latin alphabet, numbers and punctuation. It is not possible to use symbols or emojis in your personal message.

If you wish to help us reduce our environmental impact, please click on the Eco-shipping box option in the checkout. This is 46% lighter than the Couture gift box and fully recyclable.

Do You Send A Receipt In The Box If My Order Is A Gift?

You will receive a receipt in every order. There is no price on the receipt.

What Payment Options Are Accepted On Mozhgan.ae?

Payments for purchases on Mozhgan Couture can be made using a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Maestro debit or credit card. If you would like to receive a couture gift box please go through the full checkout process.

How Can I Get A Receipt For My Online Purchase?

You will receive your order confirmation and receipt by WhatsApp or Email.

If you placed your order as a guest, your receipt will be sent together with your order to the shipping address you provided.

Is An Online Purchase On Mozhgan.ae Secure?

All transactions done on Mozhgan.ae are extremely secure. An SSL encryption system is in place to protect personal data and payment information. In addition, Mozhgan makes a commitment to you not to save any credit card information.

We reinforce the security of payments by means of a 3D Secure system for Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards that are equipped for this. An additional step is taken at the time of payment, which enables verification of the identity of the credit card holder and validation of the transaction.

Each bank has its own authentication. For any question regarding your 3D Secure code, please contact your bank directly.

How Do I Apply A Promo Code?

Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Unfortunately, it not possible to change or cancel your order. In some cases, it’s possible to change the delivery address on the website or reach out to us. You can do this after you’ve received your Shipping Confirmation email.

How Do I Know My Order Has Been Sent?

If you placed your order via your Mozhgan account, log in to your account. You will then be able to consult the status of your order.

If you placed your order as a guest, please contact our Customer Service, where our advisers will be pleased to inform you of the progress of your order.

Can I Exchange My Mozhgan Product?

Unfortunately, it not possible to exchange your Mozhgan products.

Can I Return My Mozhgan Product If It's Embroidered?

Unfortunately, embroidered products cannot be returned except when due to defect.

Can I Return Different Orders In The Same Box?

Unfortunately, it not possible to return different orders in the same box. Please return every order in a separate box and complete the Returns Form that’s enclosed in your order with all the required information. The products must be returned in the original condition, unopened and with all packaging/hygiene seals intact. Engraved and embroidered products cannot be returned except when due to defect.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Refund After My Return?

You will receive your refund within 14 calendar days after returning. Your refund will be credited to the same bank account as the original payment. If you have not received your refund after 14 calendar days, please contact our Customer Service.
